Many doctors say that people in the modern world do not exercise enough. What are the courses for this? What are the solutions to this problem?

In
this
modern world, people usually don't have time to go to the gym for
exercise
or for a morning walk and they don't even have a proper diet structure.Nowadays, everyone is in a hurry to go to the office, college or for some work. Everyone wants to reach their places in a fast way be it any transport. As per the research conducted in 2019,mostly all doctors suggest that doing
exercise
and walking for minimum 6-7Kms per day can help a patient to say goodbye to his disease like diabetes, thyroid, and many more.In the end, doing
exercise
is the easiest way our body can get fit physically and mentally.
For example
, let us consider Ms Dhoni a cricketer who is 45 years old, and is only fit because of his daily
exercise
and proper healthy diet.He daily wakes up at 6 in the morning, goes for a morning walk and exercises.Another example ,in Japan the restaurants give discounts to the person who is fit by getting his weight checked, like according to the report 40years of old with 5'8 of height should weigh between 57 kgs. After getting the body weight checked if suppose he is 55kgs
then
he will get 20% discount,
this
discount is only applicable for who are low on their weight.
Secondly
, research says daily
exercise
with a proper diet can make

individual live for 20 more years, and because of not exercising we get stuck to any disease easily because every function of the body becomes weak.
Similarly
,the cause for not exercising is they don't have time and a proper schedule.
In addition
,the solution for
this
is to make a proper schedule for getting up early in the morning and doing
exercise
and increase awareness for it everywhere.
