Some people believe that there should be a fixed punishment for each type of crime. Others, however, argue that the circumstances of an individual crime, and the motivation for committing it, should always be taken into account when deciding on the punishment. Discuss both views and give your own opinion.

Nowadays, many hold the view that the offenders that commit the same
crime
 should be punished equally, while there are different opinions that the sentence should be given separately depending on the diverse factors.

, taking all circumstances and possibilities into consideration is more of humanity, since there are comprehensive reasons in the

, innocent people, who are involved in a case by mistake, have an opportunity to get rid of the notorious reputation.

, there is a complex range of factors causing a lawbreaker violates the law.

, the court should not determine

crime
 only due to the conduct. In conclusion, a sentence should take various elements into account including the background of the case, personal relationship, and motivation, though deciding how an offender should be punished in a simple way makes the procedure faster.
