was most important to us during those two years of pandemics. Most of the employees highly relied on computers,and phones. Now we are completely dependent on those gadgets. As it has bought our world closer or we can say " The World Is In our palms" Co-workers don't need to travel to their offices as compared to past they can just start their PC and join the meeting. According to research by Oxford ,University most employees tend to spend more time with their families and friends compared to the past just because of work from

. Another research describes that the pollution in big cities has gone down due to remote working.
However
, every coin has two sides and there are

a few drawbacks to

condition.
To begin
with , workers have become lazy as compared to the past. They are now neither productive nor active in their role in the company. One of the most renowned educational institutions in Canada says that

working remotely has irrupted a lot of physical diseases

as back pain and ankle sprain. And now

are not ready to work in their offices. To conclude
