You are planning a short visit to a city where one of your relatives lives. Write a letter to your relative. In your letter: • Explain when and how long you will be in town. • Ask whether you can stay at their home. • Offer to pay for yourself.

Hello Ahmed, Hope you are doing fine! As you know that summer is on the way and I am not planning to take any courses at the university
this
summer, since I was fully equipped with many courses in the spring term and I found it an opportunity to take a short break, visiting you and your family. My
last
exam will be on the 13 of June and I am planning to arrive in the town after two days from it, I am planning to stay for two weeks so I can have the chance to do many activities,
for instance
, diving in deepwater, visiting theatres and attending local festivals. I will be grateful if I can stay at your house as I checked many hotels and unfortunately they are fully equipped with tourists, they put me on a waiting list
however
I do not want to risk that I will not find a place to stay.
In addition
to
this
, I understand that we are relatives and your hospitality will be much better than hotel services
however
I am offering to pay all my expenses during
this
vacation, as well as the activities expenses that can occur if your family will join us. I can not wait to see you all, especially your little girl Katie. I hope to hear from you soon. Yours Rami
