Although most people are richer than in the past, modern life seems very stressful, and the number of people suffering from stress is at record levels. What are the main causes of stress in modern life, and how could stress be reduced?

Stress
has many physical and mental damages. It's an undeniable issue that modern man suffering from it. It is due to different reasons that I will discuss in the

paragraphs along with some solutions to diminish it. To start whit, there are many factors that lead to
stress
in
people
nowadays. One of the main ones is too much greed. Humans of

period do not satisfy with anything. If they have enough money, they want more and more again. So, they
work

work
most of the time. They don't rest. Actually, their thoughts are never calm and they are constantly thinking about bigger dreams.
Therefore
, they don't enjoy what they have. All of these make them always under physical and mental pressure.

pressure leads to
stress
in them. The

one is excessive comparison. Nowadays, there is a lot of negative competition between
people
because of many things.

as Instagram shows a luxurious and unrealistic

compare their

with that

and feel very lacking.
Hence
, they struggle to reach that dream

at any cost. These demands and how to achieve them can cause

in them. There are appropriate measures to decrease

people
should be more convinced. If

satisfy with what they have and plan for accessible things, they will be in more peace of mind.

satisfaction with

and peace makes them less stressed.

can exercise, do yoga, make a small greenhouse and so forth. To recap,

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.
