tend to consume healthy food and try to

regularly.
To begin

can keep fit by burning calories when they

. The more they eat, the more they

so that they will not gain weight ever again.
Moreover
, by combining it with a healthy way of eating, they can have stronger muscles and bones.

will increase their life expectancy since they delete fat from their bodies which helps to support the digestive system.

, it will somehow prevent

from having diseases and benefit them to a longer life. To the demands of

, they now can have a lot of ways to encourage an active lifestyle.
Initially
, schools can open more physical activities for children to participate in when they are still at a young age which leads to the fitness level of a nation’s population can be better maintained in the long term.
For example
, schools allow more football and basketball competitions or introduce other typical exercises

as running and jogging. In the

place, healthier food should be lower priced since not many poor families can afford it when they want to have a healthier lifestyle. To conclude, there are two specific reasons why more

are making an active lifestyle and

can encourage

trend by adding more activities and assisting in the accessibility of healthy food.
