I am writing you

letter on behalf of my team to apologise , as we failed to meet the given deadline for Pharamaprix Project and lost our pipelined project.
I certainly understand your situation ,however
, I would like to share why the deadline has been missed, due to this
pandemic our few senior resources went on sick leaves and we lack development resources. Another reason is , Glen's
software becomes paid now which was open-source earlier. which took time to get approvals from management and installation was Correct word choice

difficult due to the security policies of the company. Therefore
, We missed our precious time in managing all these things and we missed the deadline, even though,our resources worked to their full potential.

of freeware.
