introduce myself. I am Johann Goonewardene and I together with my family have just moved into your neighbourhood and we live just two doors down. We have been meaning to drop by for a quick visit to say hi, but with all the unpacking and clearing up have not had the time to do so yet.

is with regards to a Party that we plan to host

weekend for our close friends and family and we would absolutely love to have you and your family over. We could hopefully get to know each other over drinks and a meal and I

hope to hire a big screen to watch the world cup finals, that's if you happen to be a cricket fan like myself. I sincerely hope that we could keep the noise levels down but if we do go overboard a bit and cause any disturbance, please don't hesitate to let me know. Anyway, we would look forward to having all of you over on Friday, guests would start coming in after 7.00pm. Thanks and I hope to see you
