Dear Sir I'm writing to bring to your attention that I'm unhappy about the services provided by your airlines in the recent travel made by me in your airlines.

In particular

, the food service was totally a disaster. Let me explain my situation in detail, I travelled by flight A360 on 26 Sep 2022, from point A to point B and I have opted for vegetarian meals. But during the travel, I was provided with a non-vegetarian meal and when I raised the issue with the flight attendant, they don't seem to care much about it and the meal was only replaced with a soft drink, which doesn't seem appropriate. I would kindly request you to take immediate action and make sure that the passengers are provided with the food they have ordered. Please make sure that these kinds of situations are not repeated in the future, as these will cause a bad reputation for your airlines and will be a hindrance to the growth of your business.
