You took an elderly member of your family, who was not able to walk properly, to a museum and he/she faced a few problems. Write a letter to the manager of the museum. In your letter, * say why you visited the museum * describe the problems you faced * suggest what can be done to avoid those problems
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing
this
letter to express my disappointment when I visited the city museum last
week along with my grandparents.
My grandmother, who recently had knee surgery, is extremely patriotic and requested me to take her to a nearby museum that reflects the unique journey of Mahatma Gandhi.
However
, unfortunately, that visit became a nightmare for us. I have never imagined that I would face some level of difficulty. Firstly
, there were no wheelchair services available for people who require special arrangements. Also
, there was no priority queue for ticket booking. We need to wait almost 2 hours at the booking centre. In addition
to this
, there were improper sitting arrangements which cause a lot of problems for my grandmother.
I would like to make a few suggestions that can make this
place convenient for special people. One of the best solutions to mitigate the long queue problem is to launch an online ticket booking website. Another thing I would like to mention is that please provide wheelchair services to elderly people.
I hope these problems would be looked upon on an immediate basis so that no one else would face the same issue again.
Yours faithfully,
