In some parts of the world people try to find out one's own family history. Why do people do this? Do you think it is a positive or negative?

People seach their own family
history
in few parts of the world. In my opinion it is a positive aspect or a good thing to know the legasy of a
person
by themself. Because it will impart to buid confidence in every
person
by tackling the
life
challenges. Knowing family
history
will
also
helps to know the where abouts and origin of a
person
,
hence
it will provide degnity in the
society
. In
one
perspective, people do search for their family origins and
history
. the main reason for
this
is because some will think that they will get good reputation and respect in
society
if they fall in a family which have an
history
of long years. For Eg: in india if somebody found that their family originated from aryans, they think that they will get a good reputation in the
society
. The other reason for searching family
history
is that to know how their ansistors survived and takled the same problem which
one
does experiancing today. Or in other sence to know their devine skills which
one
can able to learn and apply todays
life
situatiuons. On the other perspective, people live in urban areas or a city are not at all bothered about their family
history
. The reason behind for
this
is due to the lack of time or they are busy with their work schedules and daily activities.
Also
they are more focused on future than searching the past.
Finally
, knowing the "DNA" of a family will helps
one
to develop the skills and hobies of their grand parents which we are considering more valuable in the daily
life
. It
also
helps to know who else in the family had the same taste or passion that
one
do have in the present era and how they become succesfull in the
life
or what mistakes they done if it is a failiure. For Eg: a
person
with passion in buisiness in the modern times will defenitely can learn from their grand parents if they do have the same passion. In conclusion, There is more positive aspects by knowing
one
's family hystory by themselfs and will obiviously helps to nurrish their future
life
than geting proud and reputation from the
society
.
