You recently took a trip with a taxi company. The driver behaved in an unacceptable way and you had a lot of problems. You complained to the company but no-one has replied to your complaint. Write a letter to the taxi company. In your letter say why you are writing and how you feel explain what happened tell them what you would like them to do.

Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent trip that I took by booking your cab. I would like to bring to your notice that when I booked the
trip the driver accepted the ride,
, the pick-up was delayed by 15 minutes and after reaching the destination he argued that he needs cash which shocked me. Actually, I was having an exam in Chennai and so I decided to take a uber. My ride was accepted,
, the pick-up was delayed by 15 minutes, when I called him he was having food at a restaurant which caused me anxiety as I was late for exams.
In addition
to that, while at the destination he refused to accept card payment and asked for cash.
, the money was already deducted
I was not carrying enough cash which made my situation worse but we managed to sort
out. I would appreciate it if you analyse the situation and come up with a solution. The behaviour of the uber driver was unacceptable.
, I will request you to sort out the problems with the online statement.
In addition
to that, I would request you to refund my money back. Looking forward to your response. Yours faithfully, Vivek V
