it is important for people to take risks, both in their professional lives and their personal lives. Do you think the advantages of taking risks outweigh the disadvantages?

accepting risks in different aspects of life including professional and private ones has been the subject of debate in recent years. While there are drawbacks to taking risks, I personally believe that it can promote individuals’ status and
also
bring more consent to their lives. on the one hand, many commentators justifiably argue that there are a lot of advantages to accepting uncertainties in life.
firstly
, it is proved that if people want to gain more, they have to endure more dangers which in turn, it would create more consent. More precisely, having more income or efficiency which provides a sense of satisfaction, requires more risks and effort.
secondly
, individuals who try to follow their dreams have to do things that are along with a lot of perils. employees who quit their jobs in order to Commence their desired career may face difficulties,
for instance
. there are those who subscribe to the view that taking

in professional or personal lives has several disadvantages. from their point of view, people are more likely to lose their current position by accepting uncertain situations. individuals who invest in financial markets and suffer from a lot of losses are a good example in
this
case.
however
, I do not find
this
argument convincing because
this
attitude makes people become more passive and often end up in regret and self-blame. in my personal opinion,
although
risk acceptance might have some negatives, the merits are far more. To me, getting a sense of satisfaction and reaching dreams are good reasons for
this
issue.

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.

Start your conclusion with a linking phrase. Here are some examples:

  • In conclusion
  • To conclude
  • To summarize
  • Finally
  • In a nutshell
  • In general
