Your company has recently introduced a new work uniform. You are mostly happy with the uniform, but there is one thing that you do not like. Write a letter to your manager. In the letter say what you like about the uniform explain what you don’t you like about the uniform suggest how the uniform can be improved
Dear Robin,
As you know,
this
week new uniforms took place in our company which is an excellent idea and now we have separate dresses and we look unique from all other company’s employees when we go for coffee and lunch in the canteen. I love this
dress because of the colour chosen by the company. The blue colour is my favourite one as well as It’s very comfortable.
But, the breadth of the dresses has some problems. Many employees also
say that the medium capacity is incorrect because everyone who is wearing a medium amount dress feels really loose when they move around as well as the shirt is also
loose to me.
All I want is, please look into the amount of a medium dress. This
volume is mixed with some large dresses. Importantly, the colour of the pent is excellent but if we match the white shirt along with it
will be fabulous.
I look forward to hearing back from you.
Yours faithfully,
