and I feel dreadful after what happened. I know how much it means to you and I'm extremely sorry about that. Let me explain how it happened. As you know, I took the camcorder with me when we went for a picnic. But, it happened while I was taking some pictures. I got pushed , which was unintentional by my niece and the

fell off my hand. So the camcorder lens got damaged. I know I should've been more careful, but it occurred in a fraction of a

second

. Once we reached home, I went to the company store and asked them to examine the

camera

thoroughly and they suggested that the lens got broken and had to be replaced. So, I placed an order and it'll arrive in two to three days. Fortunately, all the memory is safe and none of them got deleted. I do apologise and I would let you know as soon as it gets repaired, and personally come and give it back to you.
