Certain individuals believe that the authorities should apply a huge amount of

 as transportation systems and other educational infrastructure.
On the other hand

 essay,I will be discussing both views and suggest my opinion. On the one hand, there are two key reasons why the

 should impose a higher salary tax.The main reason is that it can provide citizens with better

 and contemporary buildings.When the

,they can use them in different areas

 as building a better public transport network and more public facilities like sports centres. Another reason is that it is beneficial to the underprivileged. The
