Dear Mr Smith,
I am writing to make a request as I know the university has some foreign for the day, and they want to know more about the country and culture. I would like to make a presentation about its forests, typically fruits and festivals.
People all around the world have a desire to participate in our festivals, especially Carnival.
However
, they do not know the history and why the dances, costumes and colours. I also
would show them our fruits as many of them have not seen. Finally
, summarize our forests and how important they are not only for our country but also
for the world.
It would be great if I could have 60 minutes for my speech. I could set a table with some fruits as well and they could try them at the end of the presentation. Please, let me know if I can use the television to show some photos as videos.
I am looking forward to your response.
Your faithful,
