Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing regarding the short-term English grammar course in Greenmount in Northern Ireland. I would like to request your help in finding suitable accommodation near the university. As you know the course will come into action in mid of
next
 month, I am travelling from India to Ireland for the
first
 time.
Although
 it is not common for me to find a room to stay near the college, I found that you are the suitable person to get it done. I required a small home for a period of one month with one bedroom with an attached bathroom and a kitchen for my cooking. It should be within 2km of the college so that I would be able to reach there by foot
instead
 of taking public transport, make sure that there should be all the required facilities. I will be landing on the 5th of October, make sure the room is ready by that time so that I can have some free time to take a rest. I would
therefore

Use a variety of complex and simple sentences

You should use complex sentences in your writing, but it does not mean that you should try to make all of our sentences complex.

‘Complex’ sentences are not actually very complex; they are just two or more simple sentences put together. Putting them together makes the essay more coherent and cohesive.

Examples:

I really want to study but I’m too tired.

I wore a warm coat because the weather was cold.

If action is not taken soon on climate change, global warming will get worse.
