I am writing

, I have improved my skills in Italian cooking, which is my favourite cuisine. It is important to mention that I am attending cooking school on weekends. It is crucial for me to develop my cooking skills.

position, what's more in my opinion I will be able to improve a lot of recipes in your restaurant. As I mention before I have an experience with Italian cuisine but I also
have knowledge of Spanish and Polish cuisine.
I would appreciate it if I could attend an interview and I would like to provide, further
details about myself and my experience. I am available every morning between eight to ten o'clock and on Friday afternoon between four and six o'clock.
