University degrees are stepping stones for a bright professional career for many

. Nowadays

select educational institutions for their professional degrees based on their lucrative job placements after their studies. I strongly agree with the statement and will give my explanation with valid reasons

as companies go in search of good employees to reputed

which are important to possess a bright future.

Firstly

, talent hiring is a top priority for any company. So in search of many big organisations go to the best of the best

universities

and hire the

students

who graduated through campus placements.An institution by the name of IIT (Indian Institute of Technology)in India where engineers graduated in various fields

such

as mechanical, electrical , computer science and etc. The selection into these

universities

is done through a competitive entrance exam. Where in India almost 3 million children appear for the exam and only 20% of them get placed into these

institutes

based on their meriHowever, after graduating from these

universities

all the

students

are 100% placed in big companies with a minimum wage of half a million dollars salary per annum.
