letter to apologize to you for not being able to meet you, even though, I was there in your town. I knew that you had already prepared my favourite dishes for our dinner and I am regretting that I missed it. Since, I was on my business trip, accompanied by my subordinates, the meeting went too long that day and after that meeting client invited us for the dinner. As you know, declining a client's offer might negatively be affected professionalism, so I took the difficult decision and we went with them for the dinner.
