Dear Mrs Smith, I am writing to request you refund back the floating deposit of 90,000,000 Vietnam dong back to me I had rent you a flat number #A24 block A on the 2nd floor at Landmark building, 12 Ton Duc Thang, Ward 3, District 1, and under my name, Ms Nguyen Thi My Tram (Daisy). We had the countersigned

Few topics are more important than communication and language matters, and the issue of having a single language will probably always be controversial. Although communicating with a single international language has its proponents, in my opinion, individual national languages are the only road to achieving different cultures.

A large number of people are considering flats and apartments as their accommodations in urban areas without any open space and gardens. As it has both kinds of impacts on human nature. Because the one basic factor is that family bonds become strong and it is easy to clean. Whereas, the drawbacks are that as it does not contain any garden one can feel stressed and due to the small area unable to do physical activities like outdoor games. I believe that the advantages are greater than the disadvantages hence it is a positive development.

In recent years, there has been a growing concern that social networking is contributing to shorter attention spans. While some argue that digital media platforms are to blame for this phenomenon. Enhancing road safety has been one of the main objectives of every country for many years. Making drivers take a driving test every year is this potential fix, nevertheless, while it could work for some, I still have some disagreements.
