You paid a refundable deposit when you rented an apartment ….. Landlord wont return your deposit

Dear Mrs Smith, I am writing to request you refund back the floating deposit of 90,000,000 Vietnam dong back to me I had rent you a flat number #A24 block A on the 2nd floor at Landmark building, 12 Ton Duc Thang, Ward 3, District 1, and under my name, Ms Nguyen Thi My Tram (Daisy). We had the countersigned

A (your side) seeks

B (My side) to be moved out before the

to our conversation on the 3rd of May 2022, I was requested to move the flat out before ending of June 2022 and will be received the above amount at the same time at well.

, until now I have not received any money from you yet, even after calling and sending messages to you many times. Based on what the

said, you did break the rules. I will not accept any reasons for your postponement.
Therefore

Friday. If I have not received the payment, I will raise
