You recently took a trip with a taxi company. The driver behaved in an unacceptable way and you had a lot of problems. You complained to the company but no-one has replied to your complaint. Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing

letter to express my dissatisfaction with the taxi service that I took from your firm on previous Monday. I asked the cab driver to pick me up from my office and take me to my home.
Firstly
, his driving was cruel so I was horrified as it was rainy and the road was slippery.

, he used foul language frequently when he was talking on the phone. I wanted him to be aware of the driving but he offended me as well. Once I took off the car, I contacted the call centre department to leave my comments and complain about the unprofessional driver interaction.

they promised to ban the driver from working in the company for at least 1 month, I noticed that he is working as before without facing any dire consequences.
