In some countries, a few people earn extremely high salaries. Some people think that this is good for a country, while others believe that the government should control salaries and limite the amount people can earn.

In some countries, people earn very high salaries which is beneficial for a Country.
On the other hand
, some believe that the government should control and limit the amount of money individuals earn. Below I will be discussing both perspectives and my opinion about it.
Firstly
, the higher a person has educated the higher the pay.
For example
, a doctor can't receive the same salary as that a health care aide since they're more skilled and advanced in education. Nowadays many successful men help in the development of their countries.
For instance
, Samuel Etoo, after succeeding in football, was able to build a secondary school for the youth in his village. Which in my opinion, is not only a great success for him but for the entire community
Secondly
, every individual should be paid according to their work. To expatiate, if everyone is offering the same income, others with advanced knowledge will eventually fly to other countries in search of well-paid jobs. To
further
discuss, if all nurses travel out of Canada to explore better offers. Citizens will die of health problems due to insufficient doctors. So the government should grant more opportunities to citizens with good pay so as to prevent them from leaving in search of opportunities. Overview, the government should put a fixed salary range for every single job. By so doing, human beings will have an understanding of what their incomes will look like before getting into any trade.
