Some managers wish to stay connected with their crew members at all times no matter if he is on duty or not. However, in my opinion, it has more demerits than merits as the employee needs some personal space and the time talked over with the employer off work is not paid.

Nowadays, more people are shifting towards reading news and books online without paying and it seems that, in the future, they will completely give up on the printed version of these readings. Personally, I strongly agree with this shift in people's behaviour and this essay will develop in the following paragraphs my point of view as well as why I claim that this change will have many benefits.

Coronavirus was an unpredicted hit we got from nature, and it disrupted everyone's life. One of the major setbacks was the imposition of lockdowns by governments in many nations. This came with merits and demerits which are discussed in detail below.
