You have been living in a rental apartment for the past year. Recently a new neighbour moved in who has loud parties several times a week. Write a letter complaining about this to the landlord. In your letter: explain the situation describe why it bothers you suggest a solution Begin your letter as follows: Dear Mr / Ms _____________,

Dear Ms Leanne, I am writing
this
letter to complain to the new neighbour from unit 10 who moved in
last
month that having loud parties every two to three times a week. It affected me so much, especially in the nighttime. I have been living here that a year or so, but I never had any problems with other neighbours. The new neighbour was good in the
first
week, he is so a warm and helpful person. But starting from the
last
couple of weeks, he invited some of his friends to come over to visit and made a lot of noise in the nighttime. Other neighbours and I are frustrated with them. I need to work in the early morning every day, their noises make me could not have a good sleep. I tried to put my headphone on, but it does not help me. I feel a lack of sleep every time when they have loud parties. The reason why I am writing
this
letter to you is that had enough of them. The suggestion is that you should talk you your tenant and tell him about our feelings and situation, and
also
if possible put the volume down after 9:30pm on weekdays and 10pm on weekends. I understand that having a party is not a problem, but if affected by others that would be a big problem. Thank you for your patience in reading
this
letter. I am looking forward to hearing back as soon as possible. Yours Sincerely, YUMI
