Today’s society provides people with various ways to lose weight, such as special diets or exercise regimes. Many people believe though that poor food and today’s lifestyle should be addressed first. What is your opinion?
Nowadays we have been bombarded with a horde of fitness advice which entails fancy diets and exercise routines for
people
from all walks of life. While some people
suggest that these regimes work for a majority of people
, I, on the other hand
, would argue that following a healthy diet and an active lifestyle should be incorporated first
. In this
essay, I will discuss my opinion in the passages below.
Firstly
, I think that people
ought to stay active at least 3 to 4 times a week either by joining a gym or exercising at home. To illustrate this
point, folks, who are professionally employed, tend to work for prolonged periods of time, which can affect their postures, leading to indigestion and other medical ailments. In contrast
, if people
fail to incorporate a few moderate physical exercises into their day-to-day routines, they would succumb to a plethora of health conditions, which, at later stages, can become terminal.
Secondly
, law-abiding citizens should also
follow a healthy diet. This
is because of the fact that a large number of health problems are mainly caused due to consumption of canned or junk food. To illustrate this
point, as per a report published in one of the gazette newspapers, suggested that many adolescents and young working professionals are suffering from cardiovascular diseases on the account of poor diet and sedentary lifestyle. On the contrary
, if people
stick to consuming convenience food for ease, a lot of them would develop medical conditions pertaining to the heart.
In conclusion, although
special diets and workout regimes may render short-term benefits, it is quite important for people
to follow a healthy way of life. I think people
