In a few ,nations an increasing number of people are getting interested to find out the history of the homes or apartments they are living in. There are plenty of ways to discover these details
such
as websites provided by the government. The most significant cause for all these investigations is the keenness, to get to know the back story of the place. such
as websites provided by the government. Along with that, the buyers should cross-check all the details presented by the pre-owner. Other than that, neighbours are the go-to option for collecting information or details regarding the property.
For instance
, in a television ,programme there is a scene in which one person goes to buy a house and it was going smooth
however
when neighbourhood members told him that it is not worth buying the land as cheap material was used during construction.
Therefore
, neighbours are the most appropriate and trustworthy option. In order to avoid these problems more and more people are inclined towards verifying the property prior to buying it.
Moreover
, there are plenty of cases around the world where people land in serious trouble like getting stuck in a cheap quality house or in a haunted house just because of not investigating before buying it.
For example
, a person in the United Kingdom got arrested right after 3 months of possession as several dead bodies were excavated from his backyard,

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.

Start your conclusion with a linking phrase. Here are some examples:

  • In conclusion
  • To conclude
  • To summarize
  • Finally
  • In a nutshell
  • In general
