I am writing

letter to share my recommendations to upgrade the reception place.
Since last
month, the company have been receiving complaints about the entrance area from visitors. Firstly
, they are not getting immediate responses and have to wait in a long queue due to a shortage of staff. Secondly
, many seats in the sitting area are broken and some of them are not in good condition. Finally
, the air-conditioning system is not working properly and there is a lot of suffocation when there is a rush of people.
However
, the entrance is the front face of the company and it represents how the firm cares about its customers and employees. Moreover
, it demonstrates the strictness of hygiene and cleanliness within the organization. Therefore
, this
compartment should require a lot of attention and should be accommodated with several amenities.
Nonetheless
, here are a couple of my suggestions to get it improved. First
of all, the number of receptionists should be increased to cater for the sight-seers. Also
, chairs should be replaced immediately with sofas since they are more comfortable than ordinary seats. Lastly
, an additional unit of air-conditioner should be installed beside the maintenance of the old one to make the ambience better.
