Some people believe that professionals, such as doctors and engineers, should be required to work in the country where they did their training. Others believe they should be free to work in another country if they wish. Discuss both these views and give your own opinion. It is true that some people believe that professionals, namely doctors and engineers, should be required to have a job in the
country
 where they did their programmes. While I accept that

 may suit many people, I believe that they should be free to

 essay will show both my views and my own opinion upon the behalf statement. On the one hand, scholarships that are given by some communities with conditions as well as working in the community or working with the government after graduation with a contract cannot be declined.
