It is common practice for some students to take a gap year after graduating high school to work and/or travel. What do you think are the advantages and disadvantages of this?

Most students around the world usually take a break after graduating because of several reasons ,some of which I will explain below. After finishing a certain level of education it is a great idea to take a break before continuing with more studies ,
this
allows one to get the mind refreshed from spending so much time glued to books and computers
this
also
helps the pupils to plan for the next step before rushing to a lifetime decision. It
also
allows one to travel and learn different cultures and ways of living in other parts of the world, and
this
can make an impact in making a decision for the next move ,especially for those

of purpose and responsibility before pursuing the next level of education. Most people
also
look for work to finance their next studies, so by taking that gap year working and saving money ,they can reduce the chances of getting huge amounts of educational loans that they will probably try to settle for the rest of their lives after college.
On the other hand
, it is wiser to finish school once and for all just after high school when the brain is still in for it and it is
also
proven that the human mind functions well if it continues studying than taking a break because people sometimes forget and need to reference back to the previous level of education.
