You have an appointment with your manager the next day. Write him/her a letter about what you’re going to discuss at the meeting. In your meeting, you should tell: What did you do for the company during the years you worked there What changes you would like to recommend What training you require

Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing
this
letter to intimate you about the topics that will be discussed in tomorrow's meeting. Since I have been an employee of your company for
last
ten years and the most senior among all. I have been serving my services as an electrical engineer and
also
achieved an award of "the best employee of the year" thrice in my working tenure.
However
, in our meeting which is held on the very
next
day, I would like to discuss a couple of things.
First
of all, the number of members in my team should be increased from 8 to 10 due to workload.
Moreover
, I need a professional adobe designer in the company as we don't have any, who can sketch "single line diagrams" of electrical equipment on adobe photoshop.
Finally
, the office should be renovated since there is a lot of seepage at the roof and the walls because of which the paint is coming out.
Nevertheless
, I would like to request you to provide me with special training in Matlab which is an advanced electrical software because the company has got a new project which requires me to work on that and I am not very much familiar with the software.
Therefore
, I need to learn it and require some hands-on experience in that. I look forward to hearing from you soon. Yours faithfully, Arsalan Farooq
