Since adolescence, people have identified me as a leader, whether it's being a class representative or picking a team to play sports with. It is a characteristic that the people I relate to naturally attribute to me.
This
allowed me to develop enough capacity to take office at the age of 26 in one of the most desired positions in public service, as a Tax Auditor for the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service (RFB).
Initially
, I worked in Jaguarão, a city which borders Uruguay, where we essentially perform customs activities. Due to my attributes, in less than a year I was already supervising importing and exporting requirements. Later I became head of the customs inspection sector and, at the age of 29, I was the
first
woman to become the Chief Inspector, which is the highest business of the organization in that locality.
Then
, when I moved to Rio de Janeiro, in 2013, I was ahead of the team that analyzed administrative processes of corporate duty refunds, restitution and compensation. At that time I finished my graduate degree in Public Administration and my final paper was a restructuring of analysis and approval of these processes, in order to make them faster. Posteriorly, in 2015, I was invited to lead the Inspection Division, in which I faced the challenge to command 12 teams that carried out legal entity inspections. The main difficulties were the changes in the Brazilian accounting legislation to adapt to the International Financial Reporting Standards, as well as the new income tax return system. At the same time, I completed my post-graduation in Tax Law which allowed me, in 2018, to participate in a designation of Auditors who judges administrative processes, a post I currently hold. In the same way, I exercise my leadership in the personal area.
For example
, since 2013 I have been a member of the international non-governmental organization known as The Rosicrucian Amorc, where I seek spiritual enhancement. In Brazil, there are several affiliated of the Grand Lodge of the Portuguese Language, among them the Guanabara Lodge, located in Rio de Janeiro, in which I participate as a member and
also
as a volunteer. In 2016 and 2017 I was part of the Administrative Council, as treasurer, and since 2021 I have been part of the accountability committee.
In addition
, on social media, I share my experience of overcoming breast cancer, which was diagnosed in 2021. I influence other people to have a healthy lifestyle and show that
although
it is a serious disease, it can be overcome with the proper treatment combined with an optimistic and light attitude.

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.

Start your conclusion with a linking phrase. Here are some examples:

  • In conclusion
  • To conclude
  • To summarize
  • Finally
  • In a nutshell
  • In general
