Crime is a problem all over the world and there is nothing that can be done to prevent it. Agree or disagree?

Crime is one of the major issues that all countries have been facing recently. Some people believe that there is nothing that can be done to prevent infractions. I completely disagree with
this
opinion and feel that the crime rate can be controlled with appropriate measures. Some populations believe that breaches cannot be regulated on one side of the argument. According to them, criminals prevail all over the world, and they try to commit various illegal activities. No matter how many human beings and the authority take preventative measures, several folks make their daily living through activities like robbery, theft, murder, hate crimes, and others. In fact, once a person is convicted of a felony it is nearly impossible to get a regular job.
This
is because most employers hesitate to hire workers with a criminal background making
such
individuals turn back to evil to make a living.
On the other hand
, some crowds argue that infractions can be prevented. The law needs to frame strict rules to control violations.
Moreover
, there should be fear of punishment.
For example
, corruption in the US is just 2%, whereas in Somalia, it is 50%, and the main reason is the strict rules in the US. Apart from the government, individuals can contribute to preventing breaches through strict family values and monitoring their children daily. After discussing the pertinent points related to the issue, I feel that the only logical conclusion is that lawlessness can be prevented through appropriate action by the government and individuals.
