You have a meeting with your manager the next day. Write a letter telling him/her. what you are going to discuss in the meeting. In your letter, you should tell what you have done for the company in the year you worked there What changes you would like to recommend what training you require

Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing
this
letter to inform you that we have a meeting tomorrow at hotel park plaza, 11:00 a.m. In
this
meeting, we have the main focus on customer service, which is going worst day by day.
First
of all, I would like to make you acquainted with what I have done for the organisation till now. I am working as an assistant manager and my duty is to look after the transactions with customers. But I always check the supplies, food items and cold drinks and I instantly order the items which are out of stock.
Although
it is not my duty to do cleaning, I
also
help the cleaners while they are cleaning. Since the time, I joined the sale of chicken get doubled which is the result of my efforts. I want customer service changes especially the ordering system, point grade system and pick-up service system which is helping us to boost sales. Apart from it, we need to think about the cleaning chicken grills, oven, microwave and kitchen, because if our store looks pretty definitely customers will visit us as well as they bought different types of chicken.
Furthermore
, food certification is
also
required which helps me to work at any other location. I
also
need the afternoon shift because when the store is sometimes busy,
then
employees do not perform proper stockings. So, if I have time,
then
I will do it. I am looking forward to hearing from you. Yours faithfully, Japneet.
