Write a letter to organizer about the food allergies

Dear Organizer, I am writing

this

letter to explain my concerns and opinion on the Canada day community picnic we had recently at the Community park in Mississauga.

First

of all, thank you so much for conducting

such

a big event. We got a tremendous response from the community members. All ages participated actively mainly the parade was eye-catching.

Besides

all the fun and good food bought by participants, some residents fall sick due to the sensitivity of exposure to some kind of nuts.

This

is because most of the food preparers were not aware of these challenges, which are common during these events. In order to deter these ailments in future, I would suggest arranging the food stalls separately for nuts, non-nuts, veg, and non-veg.

Additionally

, circulate a clear notice to all members in advance of the display of spices used in the dish. Again thanks for conducting the event and hope these small hiccups will be addressed
