You have just read an article in an international travel magazine which contained some information about your town that is incorrect. Write a letter to the editor of the magazine. In your letter: • correct the information in the article • explain why it is important for the magazine to give correct information • suggest what the magazine should do about this situation

Dear Sir, I am Nikhil Dhaygude and I am writing
this
letter to express my displeasure in response to the article about Hyderabad, which happens to be my home town, published in your magazine recently. Some of the information published was entirely wrong.
To begin
with, the comment regarding the town's unhygienic state was inaccurate. In fact, it has been voted the 'Best Green City' at an international conference.
Additionally
, the information about fewer transport options is incorrect, since the town has a very high number of public buses and private cabs. And there are rarely any complaints about connectivity to various parts of the place. Since your literature is of international standards and has a high readership, I believe, the repercussions of inaccurate reporting will be catastrophic, especially for the places whose revenue is dependent on tourism.
Hence
, accurate information in
such
publications should be of paramount importance.
Therefore
, journalists and reporters should conduct thorough research before presenting opinions in their articles.
Instead
of judging a place through social media and the Internet, they should actually visit them and collect hands-on data to form an unbiased point of view. I hope my concerns are taken seriously and enough precaution is taken for future articles. Yours sincerely, Nikhil Dhaygude.
