Some people say that the only reason for learning a foreign language is in order to travel to or work in a foreign country. Others say that these are not only reasons why someone should learn a foreign language. Discuss both these views, and give your own opinion

It is often argued that most communities prefer to learn new terminology to find a career in other countries,
however
, others think that there are other reasons to learn foreign
languages
. In
this
following essay, I will give some reasons, and highlight the conclusion. On the one hand, a large number of society are learning foreign
languages
to get a well-paid job, and
also
to travel to another country.
In other words
, if they know foreign
languages
, they have several opportunities to achieve better living conditions.
For example
, in my country, even old -aged people are learning other
languages
, especially, English, German, and
also
Arab
languages
. In my case, one of my relatives, who is my dad's aunt learnt the Arab language to go to Arabian in order to establish a journey with her own family.
On the other hand
, especially, young groups of the population, who are pupils and entrance are learning foreign
languages
for other aims. The
first
goal to learn a language is to get internationally recognized qualifications. To be clear, nations enrol the university easily by getting some kind of certificate,
such
as IELTS, TESOL, TOEFL and etc.
For instance
, personally, I have been learning the English language for two years to get an IELTS certificate to apply to the university. As well as,
this
certificate sustains us to visit overseas.
That is
to say, if you can get a high score, you have a chance to study abroad. To sum up, in
this
contemporary age, the majority of humans are choosing to learn
languages
for different purposes, like travelling, finding a job,
however
, another group of people are not learning for the above reasons neither travelling nor gaining work, but
also
to get internationally recognized qualifications.
