You ride a bicycle to work, but there is a problem with the parking. Write a letter to the building manager to provide bicycle parking. In your letter, you should: why you ride a bicycle to work what the problem is with the parking what your suggestions are.

Dear Manager, I am writing to complain about the shortage area for bicycle parking. As you see, I am riding every day and come to the office by bicycle. I chose
this
vehicle because of 2 prime reasons,
first
, riding can help me to be fit in a short time and be more healthy, and
second
, riding bicycle assists to air staying clean and
also
reduce the traffic in the city. When I arrive at the office , I can not find a suitable place for parking my bike. I have to lock my bic to the tree
that is
unsafe. For settler
this
problem I recommend that specify an area for bicycles and do not allow to park other vehicles. I look forward to hearing your reply soon. yours faithfully.

Structure your letter

A letter needs to be written using a proper format, including the following:

  • A greeting (Dear sir/madam, Dear John, Dear Mr. Smith)
  • The main body (consisting of paragraphs for each part of the letter)
  • A closing (Yours sincerely, Yours faithfully, Best wishes, Kind regards, Love)

When writing a letter as part of the IELTS General Training Writing Task 1, it is important to include the bullet points presented to you in the question.

All three bullet points need to be presented. And remember that some bullet points contain more than one element. So, make sure to watch for ‘and’ and plurals.
