Many people in different countries say it is necessary to spare almost money to upgrade
railway
 lines to improve the velocity of
trains
 transiting between metropolis. But the other stand on the idea money must be spent on enhancing the current public transport. On the
one
 hand, building a new
railway
system
 is better than enhancing the exist because when building a new
system
 can bring numerous benefits. The
first
 is a new
system
 that comes up with the newest technology.
For instance
, magnet railways or ultrasonic
trains
 can travel faster than traditional
trains
. The
second
 benefit is that deploying new
railway
 lines can not interrupt existing
train
 systems because building a new
one
 means we do not inherit the existing
train
 line, so the old
train
 can run while we build a new
one

On the other hand
, Improving an existing public transport
system
 might be cost-saving and make the existing
system
 reusable. We can extend and reuse the old
system
 for the
next
 generation by fixing existing railroad systems.
For instance
, If we reuse the old rails, they will be able to reuse the old parts that are still operating,
thus
 reducing costs and avoiding wasting money. According to my perspective, deploying a new faster railroad
system
 is better than enhancing existing infrastructure for several reasons. The
first
 is the new
system
 can help to create many jobs for the worker to minimize the jobless problems. The
second
one
 is that building a new infrastructure is the best way to connect the cities of a country because a new
system
 can allow multiple
trains
 to connect together in the transfer centre, allowing travellers to switch between
trains
 more easily. In conclusion, many people consider building a new
railway
system
instead
 of improving the existing but we needed to consider many aspects after choosing a plan to build a high-speed
train
.
