Thanks so much for reaching out, I definitely would like to give you some suggestions on accommodation.
When I was a student at the university, I lived in a condo which was within 10 minutes of walking distance. At that time, I lived with one of my classmates, so that we could share the rental fees. There were swimming pools in the building, as well as a gymnastics centre.
