Dear Sir or Madam,
My name is Joy Kim, and I am a student at AB University in Saha
I am writing
this
letter to inform you that I am interested in the part-time voluntary job that was mentioned in yesterday's newspaper. I would like to apply for that job.
To begin
with, I only study for about 4 hours a day, starting at 8 a.m. I think I will have plenty of free time. I consider volunteering for museums quite interesting because I am really into arts and history. Moreover
, I believe that voluntary work is a sort of meaningful activity for society. Besides
that, the museum is located near my house, and it takes about 7 minutes to get there.
I would be the person you are looking for. I am good at some computer skills, such
as Microsoft Excel or PowerPoint, and I love communicating with people, so I think I suited
for the position of receptionist. I hope the skills that I have will meet your expectations.
I appreciate you giving me the opportunity to attend a part-time job. I will be available every day from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. Please let me know if Add a missing verb
am suited
that is
convenient for you.
I am waiting for your reply.
Best regards
