It is believed that it is vitally important for people in certain nations around the globe to have a house compared to renting it. The impending essay will discuss the cases of it and will elaborate my view about the drawback and benefits of it for individuals. There are multiple reasons why owning a house is better compared to renting.

It is believed that for many years in the past and for most businesses, it has been common sense that people have to commute to their workplaces. However, where we work has been changing. More and more staff are working remotely, sometimes at home. The reasons are to save company expenses and not to have limitations on recruiting talented job seekers.
