Due to poorer countries experiencing a 'brain drain' they are seeing many professionals, such as doctors and teachers, leaving to work in more developed countries. What problems does this cause? What solutions can be suggested to deal with this situation?

These days
as a result
of the
brain
drain
, many experts for, example, doctors and professors, are leaving their hometowns to work and live in more advanced
countries
because of poor facilities in their own
countries
. The problem of highly educated people’s
immigration
is caused by the poor performance of the
country
and can result in
brain
drain
. The possible solutions to
this
problem will be discussed in the following paragraphs. To be more specific,
brain
drain
is a major issue for most
countries
.
Consequently
, most of them try to find some solutions for it. It should be mentioned that the
immigration
of the educated is due to the poor performance of the regions in providing welfare for their citizens.
For instance
, highly educated social members
such
as professors, surgeons and students try to work and live in more developed
countries
such
as the United States and Canada because of their facilities and some human rights. In some
countries
, graduated students cannot directly find a relative job for themselves or some professional jobs for, example, professors in the best universities in the
country
do not earn enough money which is in accordance with their education. The
first
solution can be increasing the salary.
This
is a major problem for most highly educated people in developing societies. The government of their
countries
should find a way to stop financial corruption and assign some budget to solve
this
issue because financial corruption in every
country
is considered a growth barrier. By way of example, many of my own acquaintances told me that they would not have even contemplated
immigration
if they had better job opportunities in their own
country
. The
second
solution that I want to talk about is to prepare more relative jobs for recently graduated students.
This
solution performs a key role in the growth of every
country
. In
this
way, most young educated individuals can build their lands
instead
of being a part of the
brain
drain
.
Also
, the government should increase human rights in some fields. In conclusion, the percentage of
brain
drain
is increasing and most
countries
due to the reasons explained above. They have to focus on the reasons
instead
of letting their people move to developed
countries
. According to the solutions that have been discussed, every government has a responsibility to decrease the percentage of
immigration
of highly educated crowds.

Support ideas with relevant, specific examples

Examples make your writing easier to understand by illustrating points more effectively.

Examples, if used properly, not only help you get higher marks for ‘Task Response’ but also for ‘Coherence’.

When giving examples it is best to put them after your main idea or topic sentence. They can be used in the middle of supporting sentences or they can be used to start a new sentence. There is no rule for where exactly to give examples in essays, logically they would come after your main idea/topic sentence or just after a supporting sentence.

Linking words for giving examples:

  • for example
  • for instance
  • to illustrate this
  • to give a clear example
  • such as
  • namely
  • to illustrate
  • take, for example
