You were recently impressed by a staff member at a supermarket. Write a letter to the manager of the supermarket. In your letter: • Describe the situation • Explain how you were helped • State what you are going to do as a result of this good experience

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing
this
letter regarding one of the staff who really helped me a lot during my
last
visit. I am new to
this
community and I was wondering about purchasing basic groceries and home needs. Fortunately, as soon as I entered the supermarket, an employee whose name is Ramya approached me and asked exactly what I am looking for. I explained my situation and asked for her assistance in buying those products. She not only stayed with me almost for 1-hour but
also
guided me patiently on how to set up a new home with minimal things. In
this
regard, I was completely moved by her gesture and her hospitality. I believe that
such
type of workers is much needed not only to enhance company's growth but
also
to maintain a good relationship with the public. I would certainly share
this
good experience with my community members. I am delighted to share
this
with you. Yours sincerely, P.Praveena
