You recently ordered a small item online but when it arrived it was unusable. Write a letter to the company that sold you the item: give details about the order you made explain what was wrong with the item tell the company what you want them to do about it

Dear Sir, I write
this
letter in reference to a purchase I made through your online store name “The Jessie’s”. You have a fabulous collection of hand-painted ceramic cereal bowls. My daughter adores pink colour so, just about a week ago, I ordered one for her with pink flowers painted on it. I have received my order yesterday, but to my surprise, the bowl has numerous cracks on its inner side and its paint is
also
faded in various places. It's unusable in
this
condition.
However
, I have not told my daughter about
this
mishap, as she will be sorrowful. I regret to say I was not completely satisfied with my purchase.
Therefore
, I would appreciate it if you could replace it with a brand new bowl which has vibrant colours and is not cracked from any side.
On the other hand
, I would like to receive a full refund. I look forward to hearing from you. Yours faithfully Leo
