structure plays a big part in how modern companies apply their policies internally. Successful organizations usually reach a top-level link between

and
team
which influences the results of the
company
in a positive way. That said, it is possible to affirm the relationship between successful organizations and the link between
administrator
and
team
is very important.
Firstly
,
communication
is the heart of any
company
, with miscommunication in place, a
company
will fail in business. For ,example imagine a triangle, the message comes from the top of the
administrator
and spread to the
team
, that way the decision made by the
administrator
will be applied by the
team
. As a ,result the
company
will have the results expected.
Secondly
, the
communication
structure influences directly the policies internally.
For instance
, the
team
generally would not know the best decision to be made, as the
administrator
has more experience in comparison with the
team
. The fact is the best policy is to communicate clearly from
administrator
to
team
although
the
communication
must be open both ways. As a matter of fact, the
team
must have open
communication
with their
administrator
. Truly, some people will disagree with my opinion and might say physical structure
for example
good coffee machines and video game rooms, or even financial benefits like massage cards and paid vacations are more important. Yet I affirm contact between
administrator
and
team
is a very important factor in successful organizations as
that is
the key to developing any other points in the
company
.
