You have joined a sports club recently. You are having some problems. Write to the manager and include this information. 1) Explain why you joined this club 2) Tell your problems 3) Give solutions

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to you in order to give my feedback about the facilities that made me feel uncomfortable at the centre that you manage and my suggestions to fix them. Recently, I joined the Spartak gym club, due to the fact that I want to stay healthy and active. As a person, who trains constantly and tried many sorts of sports activities, I prefer to take cardio and fitness classes. I must confess that the receptionist was very polite and gave me a grand tour of the building. My trainer is very professional, and we follow a plan that was designed by her. I visit classes on Tuesday, and Thursday from 07.30 p.m. to 08.30 p.m. and on Saturday at 09.00 p.m. respectively. Unfortunately recently I've noticed that the cleaning has become very low and I sence a smell coming from a particular part where stairs are located. As you know the space in the centre is quite small and on Saturdays you get a huge number of customers coming. As a ,result many people create congestion in the place, which creates an unbearable environment to train. I would like to suggest a few solutions to the problems.
Firstly
, the number of housekeepers should be increased and more control must be taken over their shifts.
Secondly
, you can limit the number of members who train at the same time.
Consequently
, it will resolve the traffic issue. I hope my feedback will make a positive difference in the future. Thanks in advance for your attention and feel free to contact me if you have any questions. Kind regards, Laman Ahmadova

Word Count

IELTS says that you should write a minimum of 150 words in writing task 1. If you go under word count you will lose marks in task response.

A very long letter will not give you a higher band score.

Aim for between 160 to 190 words in writing task 1. This will ensure a concise letter and will be realistic in terms of time management. You have only 20 minutes to write the letter and you need around 5 minutes of planning time, so you will not be able to write a long letter in 15 minutes.
