The diagram illustrates the linear process of two types of orange
juice
production from fresh oranges namely fresh
juice
and concentrated
juice
to sell in supermarkets. Overall, the extracted orange
juice
can be sold in shops in two stages, the
first
as fresh
juice
and the
second
after a number of mechanisms like evaporation.
Also
, the waste materials are used as animal food. It is noticeable that
this
process is conducted in 17 stages from the beginning to the end. At the
first
stage in the process, fresh oranges are brought to the factory.
Then
, after washing, the
juice
is extracted from the oranges. The excess solid waste is used to feed animals and the extracted
juice
is either packaged and taken to the shops or delivered by refrigerator trucks. the refrigerator trucks take fresh
juice
to the evaporating place. After dehydration, the fresh
juice
turns into concentrated
juice
. In the
next
level, the concentrated
juice
, after canning, is stored in the warehouse , and cans are
then
taken to a different factory due to adding water.
Finally
, orange
juice
, after packaging, will be taken to the shops.
