The growing number of overweight people is putting a strain on the health care system in an effort to deal with the health issues involved. Some people think that the best way to deal with this problem is to introduce more physical education lessons in the school curriculum. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

The increasing quantity of overweight
people
is overworking the
healthcare
system and the best way to deal with
this
problem is to add more physical education lessons to the school timetable. I disagree with
this
statement to a certain extent. Adding more lessons where kids can do exercise is helpful. Youngsters can burn calories and become fitter.
This
method will definitely help more children in future generations to not have
such
health problems.

,
this
will absolutely play a crucial role when it comes to tackling obesity and many other diseases. Not only are overweight children putting a strain on health organizations, but adults are too. Grown-ups have the freedom to do what they want which means they can choose to stay fit or not. Research shows that the number of obese adults is 17 times the total of obese children. I believe by adding extra lessons to the school curriculum may not be useful in other cases.
For example
, adults do not go to school

which means they don't have the opportunity to work out more often unlike kids who get to do plenty of physical activities. Fat food intake is
also
a major reason why
people
are becoming obese and resulting in harming the
healthcare
system. Fast food is normally affordable in numerous countries globally.
This
means more
people
are willing to pay a low price to have a decent meal which
also
harms the
healthcare
system as more
people
are needed to be cured.

this
problem will have a negative impact on
healthcare
organizations if we do not refrain from consuming fast food.
